not going to happen here, it has been to hot and to dry to long, the leaves are just turning brown and falling off. Nice pictures, we have those colors sometimes..Cool here today 60s and still dry the rain went south and east of us.. One of the benefits of going to college in Michigan's Upper Peninsula was that fall would come a little earlier than I was used to downstate. That cooler weather combined with the colors bursting in the trees was always something I looked forward to. Of course, that also meant you'd see snow before Halloween, but that's beside the point. LOL

I was in the Adirondacks almost exactly two years ago. Nice refresher for this PA born and reared boy. It was kind of neat getting that early taste of winter two weeks ago while in Yellowstone, but I can pass now here. I love Fall, but as I have told you in the past, I hate what comes after it.

Our Autumn (Fall) has had it's fair share of rain so far but also some bright sunny spells. Yes, I like this season and I'm not complaining.

Yes I agree since I'm not from here originally I didn't move here until I was forty but we don't have Leaf changes the only change we have is cutting the grass twice a week to once a week when it comes winter and dealing with all snowbirds but since I've been up here for 22 years I've really come to appreciate the Four Seasons how it basically spring time and planning to plant seeds and flowers and Men summer just enjoying the longer days and the beach and then the fall getting all your chores done before winter comes and then winter basically is it time to wait or go on vacation which I do Kisses and licks for ever

Give me more of that B&W photography - I can see that brilliant color on my daily commute, but those sexy grayscale bodyscapes are harder to come by... 😋

Had my camera not quit, I would show fall colors here. The drought did ruin the variation of the usual leaf colors for this season.

If I can find the pictures on my older laptop, I will see about posting fall shots from nearby Little River Canyon Park. to get better pictures, I had 2 sections of 8 foot each PVC pipe that nested together with a camera mount. This permitted me to lift my camera lens higher than any tree limbs blocking the view. Plus, at the rock ledges, I could hold the camera, with the timer set --out past the ledge to look down. Gosh I hope those pics are still on the old unit. {=}

Cannot use my cellphone, it is full. just got the pics downloaded on laptop, but looking foe writable CDs in jeweled box to gift the videos and pics. Then I will erase the phone pics. Busy busy, dang Peterbilt broke down, and other CDL crap to renew with finger prints … ho hum!! I'll get back to ya soon.

Such wonderful shots. I had a weeks vacation this fall and only got out once with my camera and it was not a very nice day for getting shots.
