Looks like a photoshop job. The edges of the "fabric" look too ragged, plus the color of it has no variations of light-to-shadow, let alone doesn't look wet nor reflect the water.

I'm no expert, but those skivvies look fake to me.

 The one for the header (no pun intended)... is too young looking for me. At least looks young enough to be my son- uhh, no thanks.

Now the one in the shower? Definitely some tasty eye candy. He won't have to do much, except lay there and sweat... once I have him tied to the bed.

 The bearded guy is quite attractive. I don't think I'd hump him because I'd be self-conscious about a huge mismatch in age and fitness.
