I feel like what you're saying makes sense, though I'm not sure it'll be implemented. Bringing about changes like removing the 'Top Blogger', or something similar would decrease revenue for fbookhookups.com because it would make it less like a competition. By incentivizing the 'Top Blogger' spot, and making it more desirable, they're encouraging other people to post more, which gives members even more of a reason to be active. And when it comes down to it, that's what fbookhookups.com wants. So unfortunately, no matter how much we protest and request, I doubt that role will ever be abolished.

In life there are many changes, whether we want them or not. Like George Benson said "Everything must change". Such is life, we born, teenager, on our own, a parent, grand parents, and we die. So, changes going to happen.

With the surge in online dating, the fbookhookups.com system is overwhelmed and instead of updating equipment, they've reduced perks and options for gold members. They have also increased membership fees so you would think they would offer more...not less. Personally, I don't like the new format at all.

Change for the sake of change usually isn't a good thing in my experience. Technological upgrades can be great, but only if they are an improvement over the previous model/system. I haven't seen many changes here that I can say were 'good' or 'necessary.'

There is a boxing forum I go to which did a similar upgrade, to what appears to be a more modern look... The reaction there was of a similar nature. I'm not totally shore about the changes to the functionality which have occurred. I kind of like the look. I try to embrace chaos and change, typically, but it goes against the pattern seeking tendencies of human nature. I like Sheryl Crow. *. *. *
