Functionality and service  

Hi folks.

I haven't been here a long time so I'm still adapting things trying navigate around here.
The points table states that you earn points by blogging, responding, doing polls, making posts, uploading and so on and so on - by simply interacting in many aspects and "using the site" as they state.
I'm finding that this either isnt working or I am doing something wrong.
I have a few points left but with the actions I've taken ,and continue , they are not being awarded.
I have contacted "service" and I use that term loosely 🙄...I have still had no response and no resolution.
The I.M. is also giving problems regarding my points. I have chatted with friends, which costs points. It blinks, resets, often removes the conversation, shows them offline, then blinks again showing them online and the conversation is gone and I have start over but spend more points do so - when your points are gone guess what .....you're stuck.
Do any of you have or have had this problem? What do you think of the site's admin/service (which I find the lack of)? Will I ever get a response from the service department?
I'm stuck. What do i do?....
